"Was glad to see a local Philly Pretzel Factory. Unfortunately, my order, which was scheduled for 10:15 was not completed until 10:40. I understand that they don’t open until 10:00 and that they have to bake fresh but, don’t accept a pickup time if you can’t meet the request. This wouldn’t be an issue if we didn’t have a tight time schedule to get to my son’s rugby game in West Chester. Otherwise the pretzels are good and fresh."
