"Ordered a smoothie online at 12:14pm. Arrived at 12:35. No smoothie made. Was told by another customer who was also waiting that our smoothies were taken by someone else. Employee never addressed us. Smoothie never made. Comment was made that manager had left. Explained to employee that since ours were never made, we should be next. Manager finally came back. Received smoothie at 12:57pm. No apology, no comment, nothing. Just handed the smoothie. The online order slip said it should have been ready at 12:24. I am extremely dissatisfied. I feel that an apology should be issued and money should be returned. An acknowledgment of some kind is warranted."
"We ordered smoothies for 4:15 pm. At 4:22 pm they still weren’t done. I went up to ask when the order would be done, they said they were out of bananas so they couldn’t make our smoothie. We weren’t contacted and the people apparently weren’t even going to say anything to us about it until I asked. It was so hot in the store that I didn’t even want my young children in the store, also. Overall very poor experience."
