"If you want spoiled towels, stained mats, charged for items you haven’t received and drivers signing off on invoice you’re in luck! We have been a customer for the past 6 months and their service is subpar. During start up we had our first issue, a technician never came out to install our three bay sink dispenser , mop sink chemicals dispenser, soap dispenser and towel dispenser like the sales rep promised. The mat we have received had a big grease stain in the middle of it. This was acceptable to them. Spoiled towels: we have received “clean towels” that smells like, used motor oil and fryer oil. We also received bags of ripped towels as well. Mats: Like during start up with these grease mats. We do still get stained mats, torn up mats and the wrong color mats. Pictures will be included below. Over charged: we were charged for a bunch of chemicals we never received. We also received chemicals we never order. We order 200 towels per week and only receive 160 towels per week. This causing use to go out and purchase more towels during these weeks. Signing off on our invoices: The delivery driver will come in the middle of our lunch rush and in lieu in waiting he would just sign off on it. Which is fraud and we couldn’t check our order in. In conclusion I wouldn’t use the Philly branch of Unifirst. My brother has used the Pittsburgh branch and has great experience with them. They really need to fix the issues with this branch. Update 2024: Driver is still signing for our invoices and still adding items we didn't receive. Branch doesn't seem to care."

He handles all issues promptly and is always on time with our scheduled pick up and delivery dates. This is the smoothest our service process has been since year 1 and our original driver. He's suggested several products, given samples and even designed sweatshirts for our business. We are a small business and UniFirst provides our uniforms, floor mats, towels, rags, air fresheners, etc. It's nice to have a service replace all the floor mats as well as pick up, wash, press and hang our uniforms each week.
