"Let me first state that Coldstone is my favorite ice cream store and I have been buying ice cream at this location (and other locations) since the chain came to our area. I've always enjoyed great customer service and never made a complaint about any products at ANY location...until now. This weekend, I ordered the Chocolate Devotion with Silk Almond Milk icecream from the East Windsor location, Saturday evening. When I took my first bite, the chocolate chips were so hard and old, I nearly cracked my tooth! Since this is my usual order at Coldstone, I knew this wasn't the usual way it tasted. I went back inside the store and stood in line for 15 minutes to ask if they could replace it with a different order because the chips were stale. The young lady behind the counter said,''We haven't had anyone else complain. That's just how we make it. We can't make you another order.'' When I asked to speak to a manager, she said,''There is no manager here. Do you want me to call the corporate office? You'll be waiting a long time.'' I repeated that I would just like something different, not a refund. She shrugged her shoulders and said,''Well, I don't know what you want me to do. We don't really do that here.'' Rather than make a scene, I informed her I would be making a complaint and she once again shrugged and said,''Okay.'' As I stated previously, my family loves Coldstone. With so many locations closing, I would assume the remaining stores hope to stay in business. Serving stale food and having a cavalier attitude about it is a sure way to lose customers. On top of that, the place looks beat up and dirty inside. There were brown spots on the walls and trash everywhere. The spoon and napkin dispensers were also empty. They just don't care anymore and it shows."

"I had pistachio ice cream in this place . It has so much artificial flavor to it , I was able to feel it in every spoon I took it . I made a complain in the store and they said they never tasted it and said as if it was my mistake to order it without taking a sample I had to throw the ice cream in the bin and they did not offer me any replacement or any discounts in the next one (different flavor) I bought. They does not seem to care about the complaint ."

"Many flavor options of delicious ice cream, plus the mix-ins make for endless combinations! I would definitely recommend the Banana ice cream. It isn’t too crowded and the service is satisfactory. However, it is a bit expensive, considering that it’s ice cream."

"The Ice-creams we ordered were fresh and good, would have been nice if there are more flavours available. Mostly only Butter Pecan, Oreo, Coconut and other similar flavours were available. Very limited options on the Ice-creams but lot of variety of toppings were there. Quantity was good for the Price and the place was clean. With the no. of toppings available there should be different options in the Ice-creams as well. Butter Pecan Ice-cream with roasted Almond toppings - ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Oreo Shake with whipped cream - ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Oreo Ice-cream - ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Reese’s Peanut Butter Ice-cream cup - ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ The place was little crowded in the evening and we waited for 5-10 mins to get to order. The Staffs were very polite and even helped us with some samples to try before making a decision."
