Welcome to Meals On Wheels, located at 5 Walter E Foran Boulevard, Suite 2006, Flemington, New Jersey 08822. Our mission is to support the homebound elderly and disabled residents of Hunterdon County, NJ, by helping them maintain their independence and enhancing their nutritional health, thereby preventing unwanted institutionalization.

Our program is dedicated to delivering a nutritionally balanced meal and providing an assurance check each weekday between 11 am and 1 pm to homebound seniors in Hunterdon County. We strive to meet the social and nutritional needs of independent seniors by serving nutritious meals and offering educational and recreational activities at our nutrition sites from Monday to Friday, between 11:45 am and 1 pm.

To ensure our seniors' health and well-being, we provide two cold, nutritionally balanced meals for weekend consumption, delivered each Friday. Our Lunch N Learn Programs, facilitated by a Registered Dietitian, cover various nutrition and health topics, promoting better health through informed choices. Additionally, our dietitian offers personalized advice and guidance to older adults and caregivers to improve nutritional status.
