Chipotle Mexican Grill 1314 U.S. 22, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865

"We waited in line just to be told they only have steak and brown rice. The lady walked to ask someone about the white rice and literally walked past us and didn't reappear. Another guy from further down the assembly line had to let us know about the white rice. We were told it would take 15 minutes to make white rice. I used the restroom while we waited. It looked like a gas station restroom. It was a mess, no paper towels and the toilet seat was broken and slipped to the side as I sat. So we waited 15 more minutes to get white rice. By the time we got to the counter they had no beans left. We saw them get the person in front of us beings out of the to-go section, which they previously told us was against policy when we asked them to do that for our white rice. We asked the lady why she could do that for them and not for us, She ran away yet again and brought back a manager. She was unnecessarily aggressive but I get it. We weren't being on reasonable. We simply wanted an answer to the young fairness we received. This place was completely unacceptable and completely out of character for a chipotle."

"I order online and waited about 30mins after the time that is suppose to be done and when I got home they are really cheap on the portion size for a burrito bowl. I would not recommend to come to this chipotle"

"me and my boyfriend were super excited bc we love to eat but we were so disgusted we didn’t even finish our bowls. my bowl was fine until i bit into something hard and it was the stem to an avocado. my boyfriend was disappointed from the start because they drowned his whole bowl in sour cream. he ate about two bites and got grossed out. they also gave us small portions."

"4 stars for being the best fast food in the area. Typical Chipotle, with a drive through. I went opening day and again a few days later. The food was was barely warm the first time unfortunately, but flavor profiles are good per standard for the chain. Thecserving size on meat has definitely shrunk since the last time i went to a Chipotle so that is unfortuante. The second time, they were very busy but were pretty efficient and friendly. It is obviously clean in there being new and bright. I always suggest the carnitas. And yes they have plain white rice without the cilantro available, you just have to ask."
