"Must be company policy to open a noon however it is now 10 after noon and have been sitting in your lot since 11am and your doors are still closed. I assumed business hours were a normal thing but I guess gaming companies open on their own time and don’t abide by their own schedules lol."

I have a receipt from October clearly showing that’s how I needed up with the current controller. She couldn’t provide any evidence besides a QR code leading to the protection plan. Where it clearly states. Coverage: This PRP will provide for repair or one-time replacement, at Our sole discretion, of the hardware covered by this PRP in the event of a Failure not covered by insurance or any other warranty or service contract. But yet no where does it say has to be for the same item."

"This Game stop was in Glassboro in the plaza with Pep boys and Complete care. They were having a sale the day that I went in here.. There were also sale items on a table inside the store. They were all different kinds of Nintendo and other gaming characters on T-shirts, on a Insulated cup, on a bank, and Figurines.. There were many good buys."
