"Great place never had a problem the the 2 years I have had them. I agree that when you call for a resolution it can be irritating but, I'm not sure that it is the Chipley location that answers. Everyone there has always been nice."

"I recently just opened a new business account and called to inquire on the status of my cards. Katherine whom I spoke with was very rude. After asking to speak with Branch Manager Luci , I was hung up on. I called back and was informed that Luci was gone for the day and spoke with nice teller azzelyn. I'm not sure who reviews these ratings but was told Katherine works in the call center. I would strongly advise ccu to re train Katherine on her phone etiquette."

"I would give no stars if I could. I am so disappointed in Community South . Not only is their customer service not what it use to be but them just doing people wrong an acting like their customers in this small community is not what keeps them going. I have left them for my banking an would refinance my car to be able to get away completely. Sad that I know several of my family an friends that feel the same way. If I could afford attorney I would just know they are not for this small community anymore"

"been here for years and liked the bank til they just closed all the person to person teller windows. now ive opened an account elsewhere. can not use the dumb machines with my card and have been waiting well over a month for another. not that i care to use the machines anyways. nice big fancy new building and no teller service. what a joke."
