Donovan was able to help with explaining discounts and promos to save the customer money without being pushy at all, and overall I would highly recommend that anyone looking to upgrade or purchase a new phone head to this location. "Ben from Verizon took great care of me as I went in to upgrade my phone and wireless plan. He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I only wish that more employees had been scheduled this evening, since he was the only one and the store got very busy moments after we came in (5 different client groups in the last 90 minutes of opening). After days and countless hours attempting to use the 800 number and call back with no success (hung up on so many times) it was refreshing to be greeted by Donovan who was polite, patient, and accommodated my needs which I truly appreciated. He facilitated communication with a representative on the phone, and guided me along to ensure my issue was fully resolved along with Dwight, on the line. I appreciated his insights and his willingness to ensure I was saving money and time, which are very valuable to me.
