"Unfortunately, I wish I could give a zero but I was forced to give a star. This is by far the worst GameStop I have ever encountered. I don’t know where GameStop finds its employees but they need to take it serious if they want to keep their customers. For starters on numerous occasions this store never opens on time and seems to always close early on top of closing for lunch. The employees are very incompetent and very unprofessional. To start there’s a manager named Ish, he doesn’t know how to speak to customers. Managers always find a way to help a customer especially to make sure your customer is happy and will return for another visit. He speaks as if he’s from the streets, his pants kept falling, he wore his AirPods and held a conversation on the phone while helping customers. Told the customer there was nothing he could do when a customer had a warranty. Next, Ashley has no knowledge in products or how to operate the system. She was also on FaceTime while assisting customers. There was kids running around in the store playing hide and seek. What kind of establishment allows this. This location is going down the drain. I will travel elsewhere to get better customer service. This store definitely lacks in the customer service department and hours are very inconsistent."

"Surprisingly varied used game selections. Most gamestops on the south side and center of the city are sorely LACKING in this department. Sure the pricing for their 2nd hand titles are predatory and unrealistic, but I know that's just GAMESTOP AS A WHOLE.It was nice to see some good selections regardless ."

"Worst customer experience multiple times. I have tried to reach out to everyone possible, the manager, district manager, and even the corporate phone number/email multiple times and my issues were never addressed"

"Me and about 12 other people were told that GameStop at grant is having a midnight release for Spider-Man 2 but it’s going to happen at 9pm until 9:30pm instead of midnight so I drive all the way here to find other people waiting too and then a worker showed up and said we don’t re-open until midnight!!! I’m furious this place is run so poorly… they don’t even open when they are supposed to open on regular days. I came by the other day during store hours to find it closed in the middle of the day and now this. I will never again buy anything from this GameStop again how does one employee tell everyone 9pm and another says midnight! How do you mess something so simple up??? This location needs to be shut down"

"Just pulled up at 5:45PM on a Friday and watched the worker close the store and tell me that he would be back in 30 minutes. Have watched 3-4 customers walk up and check the doors since he left. This location has to be one of worst GameStop going!!! My last visit here for sure. Have given this location thousands of dollars over the years."
