"This GameStop turned out to be so horrible! When it use to be a very good GameStop! The new people they got since they reopened back up are horrible. So rude when you try to get help. I jus placed an online order to pickup in store today, it said online they had a copy left, I placed the order, it processed, took the money off my card, and the email said they were preparing my order. Then not even a half hour later I got an email saying they cancelled my order and I should get my money back in my account in 1-3 business days. I SHOULD GET MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY! Then when I went back online it said they had no copies left. I am BEYOND PISSED! I am only a 5 minute walk to this GameStop and I’ve been going here for years, the people who use to work here know me as a regular, but the new people they got are so horrible and rude."

"I went in to get my son a switch gift card and then idiots sold me a year membership instead. So my son took it back and they refused to take it back so he put in a complaint with the bank, now it's just a waiting game for the dispute to get settled, so the charges will be returned to our credit card eventually. They also had a bad attitude because I am an older woman trying to buy something I needed help with and they dismissed me."

"2 photos, back to back days at 6:55-7pm. This GameStop closes at 7:00pm everyday, its getting ridiculous. They must be closing at 6:30 and stealing company hours"
