"been with sprint for a long time and gone to this store so many times for repairs and new phones. but recently i've gotten a bad taste from this store. not only did they do shady back door s at my upgrade, now when i need my phone fixed they tell me to call ins co. also since t mobile took over my account is pretty much locked till i upgrade and switch from sprint to t mobile fully. apparently its not the same or are they able to do anything for current and long standing customers of sprint. highly disappointed with store!"
"Avoid this location if you enjoy a smooth, honest transaction and don’t want to feel cheated after your purchase. I went in to discuss the iPhone deals that the company offered and was pleasantly surprised when I was quickly greeted at the door. I assume the gentleman that proceeded to help me was new because we had to wait for a manager to assist in the process. That wasn’t a problem. When we discussed my options, I made it clear that I didn’t want to spend too much. I wanted a small down payment and a decent monthly rate (around $70-$80 per month). After running my credit, I discovered I’d be able to put down a small initial payment, which was great. We ran into issues when they tried to give me the most expensive monthly rate. I told them I didn’t need all of those extra amenities and I assumed they abided by my wishes. After the process was over, I checked my email and saw that my bill would be over $100 per month. I assumed that would be the first month’s bill with all the extra fees included. However, after inspecting the bill more closely I discovered that this was the regular monthly bill, without the first month’s extra fees! I knew something wasn’t right so I called Sprint’s customer service. Luckily I spoke to someone who was able to resolve the issue by switching me to the $60 monthly plan that I wanted in the first place. Also, I was told I absolutely needed insurance for the phone which increased the bill and I discovered that was false as well and had it removed. If you do come to this location, just stay on top of the process and numbers they’re throwing at you and question everything before leaving."
"My experience with Sprint would definitely be 5 stars. Rafael was extremely helpful and informative. He explained all my options when switching from an old account and made things simple and seamless when transitioning into my new phone plan. He was very personable and I enjoyed working with him!"
"Had an amazing experience buying my iPhone 7 the representative who helped me out was Adrian Ramos, he did an amazing job explaining details of the service and the monthly bill estimate. He was very professional and very respectful. I’m so glad and feel like I made a great decision on purchasing my phone!"
"Do not buy a phone or start a plan here! I came in to sign up for a promotional plan with Que, mistake #1. He put myself and wife on the right plan, which was the 5 lines for $90 with unlimited data - which should have made our total cost about $168 + taxes. However, he put my brother on a separate plan and my parents both on a 1GB shared data plan - not even close to what we had asked for or wanted to sign up for! My phone plan has since been wrong ($277.75!?!?!) and this store has not been willing to fix their mistake. My wife and I have spent hours on the phone with Sprint and with this store. We have been given different information from almost every Sprint employee. Multiple times we have been told that credits would be applied to our bill and have failed to see them come through. I have never given a one star review to any store but they deserve it. This is the epitome of poor customer service. In hindsight, I wish we hadn't switched to Sprint and had stayed with Project Fi. This has truly been a nightmarish situation."
