"Teresa (manager) Anita ( CSR) are the most caring, nicest people I have met in awhile during this VIRUS. I have been trying to get an account open for several weeks and due to my company and the travel involved I never know where I will be day from day. Which makes it hard to set an appointment. I was able to open account on line but was not able to wait till I return to Texas for a debit card. I called up to set an appointment since I was driving by and was granted 1pm.... problem is I showed up at 12pm . Anita returned with in minutes from lunch to assist me (even though I was an hour early) Thank you beautiful ladies for helping me and making it a smooth and easy process. The staff at the Chipley branch is great-- very attentive and helpful. The drive-thru ATM is well lit and safe, and there's plenty of easy parking next to the bank and in front of the bank.
