"This store is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I went in and spoke with Juan after I was charged for subscription services I didn’t enroll in. He promised me a refund and that he would call me back and never did. I followed up multiple times and he said Sprint would be issuing me a $50 gift card in 10-12 weeks. 8 weeks later I got an email from Sprint saying they are not going to issue me a gift card. I called the store and spoke with the manager, who said he would issue me a refund. One week later and the refund still hasn’t been issued. The manager and employees at this store make promises to resolve your issue just to get you off the phone. They never follow through. I will be switching my phone plan after this terrible experience with Sprint, but not before I write to corporate about how terrible the service is at the Aramingo store."
"Went here to ask a few questions about a phone, my girlfriend went to the back and was greeted by a female work who seemed like she had a attitude, and was talking down to my lady. As my girlfriend asked do they do repairs she replied no, then try to lure her into a contract with a upgrade. So that female their need an attitude check. The store was clean, and was greeted at the door nicely by male employees there. It was just a real upset to hear some female down talk her then try to get her into something she didn't ask for."
"I had an issue with my phone and needed advice on how to use the insurance. An associate named Clarissa was excellent in handling my unique situation. I was extremely grateful! When the new phone was delivered to my home (in about 36 hours), I returned to Sprint and an associate named Dominic transferred my data from the Damaged Cell to the New Cell. You can do this from home, however, I didn't want to make any mistakes. Thank you SPRINT! This specific SPRINT Philadelphia PA Imperial Plaza location is OUTSTANDING in their Customer Service!"
"Had a good sale, bill coming like I was told. But the one lady that’s in there when I called was rude. Then I went in to return a item and they didn’t want to because of 14 days return policy on device. That’s fine but when I asked for proof I can’t downgrade my service because I won’t need two lines nothing. Not one paper I signed. Worse store. Good for taking money."
"There was a Black Sprint Employee Male in here with dreads , purple vest , and black accessory on his jacket. He tried to ask me if I needed help. Once I told him I was good , I thought that he was going to just focus on some other working duties. Me and my wife were trying to locate our ride , because both of our phones had died. It would've been convenient to use the phone to just message or find out where the ride was. The employee with the dreads became extremely hostile and even tried to physically intervene in my usage of accessing the phone to locate my ride. I was taken by surprise because this incident did not even take five minutes of commencing before the employee went from formal to profiling my customer service experience entirely. This employee triggered several uncomfortable social anxieties that I witness , undergo , and have to cope with , when I am put in a physically imposing uncomfortable situations. I would like to see if this incident can go on company record. Based on how unprofessional and uncomfortable this employee had made me feel. In just attempting to assess my own situation. Perhaps , if the employee had allowed me the access of something that was only going to courteously take a few seconds , I would be considerate on buying , purchasing , and becoming a Sprint Customer. Instead , I do not wish to return to this location , because I do not know if this employee is going to physically take things to another level and escalate what he had started. The other two employees in the store did not mediate or attempt to address this person whatsoever. The security guard in the store served some matter of restraint , but it was clear that this employee was in the wrong. This event happened on Saturday , May 20th at 7:00PM."
