"worst service. brought my son's phone there 2 months ago for a cracked screen. they got the screen too small, and then ordered the wrong year and then kept opening the phone causing the battery to break and then short circuit the entire phone. they've had the phone for 2 months for the most part. it is crazy. I just got it back!! when I brought my son's phone in, it worked and only had a cracked screen...I left with a broken phone that doesn't even work. they had the phone for 2 months. so unacceptable. I would NEVER recommend this place. I had to just get a new phone. I just got a refund but didn't even get the 50 diagnostic fee back! such a rip off. they are HORRIBLE with communication and completely inept. no faith they could fix my phone let alone anything. do NOT bring your equipment there. save yourself! they will keep your stuff for months and rarely keep you updated. you have to hunt them down!"
