(I felt bad for her being by herself ) Another customer came in shortly after me and also had a long wait time. Kathleen was amazing. She gave each of us her undivided attention. Your representative after review of my plan and options was able to replace the phone, upgrade two of my lines, apply warranty coverage to 8 devices and sale an iPad.
