(I felt bad for her being by herself ) Another customer came in shortly after me and also had a long wait time. Kathleen was amazing. She gave each of us her undivided attention. Never showed any frustration or annoyance that she was alone with customers waiting. She was extremely patient with me as I’m technologically challenged.
