"On August 6, 2024 at approximately 11am, I attempted to order A large French vanilla cappuccino, and I asked if they could put cream on top of it. The lady who spoke to me through the speaker, told me she’s not going to do that. She’s only gonna put whip cream. I explained I only wanted cream and she said she wasn’t gonna serve it that way. I drove around to the side of the pay window. I asked to speak to the manager a heavyset white lady said she was the manager, and I asked her why she wouldn’t serve cream on top of a cappuccino. She yelled the milk will curdle and she’s not gonna do it I attempted to explain im the customer and I wanted cream. The manager said she’s not going to make that. I know there’s a camera on the drive-through and you will see the customer in a light colored car who was in front of me flailing his arms out the window of his vehicle who was also arguing with her and drove off. I explained to her I’m not gonna do my business here and I explained to the workers I’m sorry, but you’re not getting a tip. The manager said she didn’t care."

"Not busy & emloyee's dont even bother dealing w/ customers instead busy talking to non-employees in the back. Go somewhere else."

"All the workers wanna talk when I was the only one there waiting on my order will after pd.. food was burned inedible idk how when come frozen &buttons pushed to cook? Then still I'm the only one in there had to ask for coffee get made after 10min (5 min waiting for food. Another 5 before asking) then the coffee tasted like chemicals &made me wanna puke..I would never go back..I would never recommend the service sucked the team needs a meeting&classes..I was outta town on business &this was the worst way to start by day!. Thankfully I bounce back strong ."

"Always go to the drive thru. They are always polite and friendly. I usually get ice coffee with caramel and cream and a bagel with veggie spread or plain cream cheese. Always delish. Out of caramel on occasion"
