"To bad I can not give them 0 stars, this has to be the worst D.F.C.S ever. They don't answer the phone, when you walk-in they all seem to have a bad attitude. When given the proper documentation about certain things they don't turn it in. This is what needs to happen terminate all of the employees and hire new people. The morale of this place is horrible, they need a complete and utter overhaul of every employee here terminate them all and bring in people that want to help."
"I've tried to contact my case worker, it says her mailbox is full everytime. I did my renewal and it closes on Sept 30, 2023. I'm disabled and I need my Medicaid. I can't afford my medications. People are back in office, come on metter do better."
"Can’t get anybody on the phone not even through the actual dfacs number, it’s ridiculous. I’ve called my caseworker multiple times and she never answers the phone then I try calling her supervisor and she doesn’t answer either!"
"They tell you to renew your benefits yet they Kick you out of your account to where you're unable to do so, then when you try to call to renew, they NEVER answer the phone. Been calling for 3 days back to back and all you get is fowarded or Busy signal."
"I have never in my life experienced somewhere so lazy and uncaring. They NEVER answer their phones. They need to employ people who enjoy helping others because the ones they have now do not act like they could give two cares at all. I have had more trouble and frustrations with them than good. Not to mention almost impossible to get in touch with my case worker to talk about what needs to be discussed or questions that I have. Very disappointing."
