"To whom this may concern, this agency office staff are very rude and disrespectful. To whom I'm speaking about would be employees Kenna and Diana Rudd. To give an idea of the issue I called to address a violation notice that was written so unprofessionally, I was appalled. Kenna hung the phone up, while I was talking. Called to speak to Mrs. Rudd, she backed her disgusting outrageous behavior. Not to mention Kenna had the audacity to say 'what you're saying doesn't hold any weight.' Clearly this is not a housing authority I would recommend to anyone. Their behavior was absolutely absurd. You should never address anyone in such a manner."
