"I’m here for a month visiting my mother and I needed some Internet so I came to the library one day and stayed a couple hours. The next time I came I went into the same place I went before which is in the Teen area and set up my computer to do the same and one of the librarians welcomed me, she sought me out and noticed it was my second time there. She offered their study rooms that I could use and it would be a lot more quieter for me to work. She went out of her way to welcome me and let me know of the options and services they offer.
