Reviews of Oliver Samuel G
"Sam Oliver Was the most atrocious attorney imaginable. For Over a year after he took my case there was zero communication between his office and myself. When I finally did hear from his office I was left a voicemail informing me that my citation was a “must appear “. I called to inquire about this as I live in another state and travel would be expensive. I was told I did not appear a bench warrant could be issued So I started to make travel arrangements even though though I thought this was extreme. About a week after that phone call I found a piece of paper that was handed to me at the time of the citation by the police officer. Sheet of paper did in fact say that I could pay my fine by mail, confirming that my attorney had recklessly misinformed me. At this point and under the threat of arrest I had already made nonrefundable travel arrangements so I decided to miss work and fly to Atlanta to go to court hoping that at least I would get some kind of reduction or at least a chance to argue my case. On my court date I woke up and flew from Miami to Atlanta, rented a car and drove the hour to the courthouse my attorney was two hours late and I was not given as much as a phone call to let me know that this was going to be the case. Zero communication Two hours late. I called his office at some point and was told “oh yeah he’s running behind”. When he finally did show up sloppy and disheveled, I was given no information or no options. He called my name, told me he would be right back, went and talked to the prosecutor and made a deal which resulted in me paying the exact same fine I would’ve paid if I had just paid the courthouse over the phone. He also neglected to inform me before my court date that all fines had to be paid in cash, which resulted in another logistical challenge for me. So to summarize I took the day off work, booked a flight rented a car and traveled all the way to Georgia under the initial false threat of a bench warrant So I could pay a fine that I could’ve paid over the phone. Run as fast as you can away from this guy"
"First time I hired them They took care of my ticket , thank you for the help"
"By far the worst of the worst wasn’t prepared in court lack of communication. Please go elsewhere if you looking for a real attorney"
"By far the worst attorney I've ever had to deal with. They is a lack of communication and they charge a lot and provide you no results. The reason why you hire a traffic attorney is so that they fight so you don't get points on your license or even dismiss the ticket but these guys just got it reduced 5 miles. What is that going to do for me??? I've hired other attorneys and I don't get any points. It would have been cheaper if I just paid the ticket.... don't recommend this attorney at all."
"I have utilized Mr. Oliver’s legal services at least three times. Without him, I wouldn’t be able to maintain my profession in the healthcare field today. He and his team have went above and beyond for my family and I. I will always use him again in the future and highly recommend him to other people with legal representation! Thank y’all for everything!!!"
