"Had to give a star to leave review...DON'T give Merrick your money! Get a public defender...would at least do the same but probably better! His paralegal talks a good talk to sell his skills but in the end doesn't fight for you just negotiates with state and doesn't even meet with you before court...he doesn't care what happened or if you're innocent...his paralegal will just promise that he'll make it all go away! Save your hard earned money and go with public defender!"

I called to asked questions and the secretary got weirdly rude and I apologized that the conversation took that turn like that and it got even more awkward. But as time went on the were more rude, the assistant did not read my emails, misplaced stuff, they got lazy and ended up doing absolutely nothing at all for me.
