"When taking my case, they seen that I had a need and met it. They did their research, and they were very detailed and made sure they got all my records. They make sure they included all important information, which made my case easy to judge. I am Very Thankfully for EVERYTHING they did for me."

"Good people"
"My fiance has a SSD/SSI case with Mr. Rice. We had to fill out all the paperwork and turn it in for the third time without any help. They said the would help filling it out but didn't get actual help, only guidance and no specifically helpful information. The first time we applied was in October 2015 and after two denials, we wanted a lawyer in 2017. In November 2018, we received our court date for February. I went straight there and wanted to know if they already had all the medical records and that there were more medical records from Aug/Sep for 20 days and Oct/Nov for 28 days of hospital stays. They said they wouldn't really start on it until the court requested it around Dec/Jan. I reiterated that he had lost over 70 pounds since Aug and needed medical care now. We needed to see if they could get it pushed through. Said they would see, request medical records and send them it. I received notices that they sent in the new records to the court. We finally received assistance with getting Hospice care. He was approved, but only because of the dramatic weight loss. I wasn't told about any bills we would get. One day I received a bill for over $400. I called the office and asked about it. They said I shouldn't have received any bills and they would look into it. They called back and indeed, we didn't have to worry about paying anything. Then they asked about Medicaid/Medicare. I said we had received a letter that it had been declined due to our pending court case. She said " No, you shouldn't have to wait, once under Hospice care, you'll be approved and without a hearing. Not sure when it will be resolved, but I believe that even without going to court, the lawyer will still want to be paid."
