"My son was one of the children here and they would take away the privilege of being able to speak to your friends being able to buy things and getting food that your family sent you in the mail thus place is the biggest joke in the world it is not a Christian facility they practice Christian things but I know for a fact that a staff member slept with my son he was 15 yrs old of the time of him being in there the staff member was married with a child and he was excited about being there and doing the automotive trade he was mistreated and so there for he ran away but when they caught him they beat him (the police) when asked why he left he said they would punish him for things the same thing other kids were doing as well as give other kids his food I spent money on while down there when they were packing his things my son has servel expensive shoes servel nice pairs of name brand shoes and they gave them to the children when we went to gather his belongings they're excuse was they didn't know where he put them he's told me stories about this place this place is using the government and thesis children as a paycheck and if you think your child will be safe coming here you are very mistaken that place is a huge joke when he came home from the facility after getting out of rydc he still had cuts and bruises from where they let the other children beat on him"
"This place Is not what it portrays to be!!! My son was sent there and was excited about being in the welding program! I went for visitation and he was mentally and physically the best he had been In years. He was hopeful. He had been there almost 40days and had only received one write up. They kicked him out after one write up and said he wasn’t a fit for them. He was crushed. This place IS NOT A CHRISTIAN FACILITY. It is ran by a family who is taking advantage of the government funding that they are receiving. They receive 4,000 per child. Nobody ever finishes the program with any kind of certificate!!! The nighttime Staff is rude and talks to the kids like they are idiots. They kept his belongings that were beneficial for them and refused to give them back. This place should be ashamed for claiming to help the youth!!! They are in this for themselves !! Real Christians don’t operate the way this family does. I’m"
"They are giving my grandson Trentton a second chance and he is looking forward to it I pray he learns a lot he will come out a great young man thank you guys for allowing him to come please work with him take care Trebtton I love you."
"They didn’t let me do nothing they only let a few white ppl go to school and made everyone else get there GED only thing they let me do is clean up. No school no vocational training. But they say I was a bad influence and alot of ppl looked up to me so I guess they wanted to keep me away from the others. But it is a good place to send your children if they have your best interest at hand. Project Adventure was better they focus on everybody not just the chosen ones."
"This ministry is so awesome. They are so faithful in helping young boys become the men they were created to be. My husband and I had the pleasure of training with them and saw first hand the love they have for each young man that enters the ministry. They give them all tools needed to succeed by training, counseling, and teaching them about the love of Christ. They're forever in our ❤️... Sam and Tera"
