"On today August 21, 2017, while trying to get some information about the best time to bring a big group of Developmentally Disabled Adults into the Library so that they can be educated on library cards and how to take care of books someone picked up the phone and hung it back up. Thinking that it was a mistake I called back and was told "we don't have no solar glasses" and the phone was hung up once more. I then called back to advised them of their poor customer service skills and to tell them why I had called the person became combative and defensive saying that people have been calling all day about the solar eclipse glasses and I let her know that she was rude to me and that I will be taking my group else where and also that I would be mentioning this to other people."
