"Now that my divorce is finally over with and I have received the final paperwork. I can't recommend this law firm. It took 4 years to get my case to court. Every time I called the phone would ring so many times it would disconnect. When they didn't answer the phone. The couldn't never give me an update. Or would say I'll call you back Which almost never happened. I would have to actually yell at them to get some kind of answers. Which is pretty sad"

"After our consultation and giving Mr. Adkison our retainer nearly 3 and a half months ago...we have not had a single phone call, email, meeting, not even so much as an update from anyone in the office. We have had to make every phone call to get an appt. And when the time comes for the appt, it gets canceled because no one is in the office or it's with his "assistant" who never knows a single thing pertaining to your case. Now they have an active or in recovery drug user as a receptionist who was incredibly disrespectful, unprofessional and rude this morning. What should have been a fast easy clear cut case has turned into a nightmare. Look elsewhere if you need someone that's actually going to be on your side. Still waiting to hear from Mr. Adkison himself........ ***EDIT*** We still have yet to hear from Kerry himself and instead got a call today on 9-13-23 from "Wes the accountant" he stated he wanted our address...to mail a check back for our retainer since they were dropping us as clients. No paperwork has gotten filed from the time we hired him. No phone call still. Email went unresolved. And this is the only call we get. This is the most unprofessional firm I have ever dealt with. Please find yourself other representation if you need an attorney. Next step will be a complaint filed to the Florida Bar. And this post will be updated once and if we receive our money back."

"Update; I have given mr. Adkinson the Total sum in regards to handling a case, and for the past 5 months I have ONLY spoken to her once ( Kayla) to which she claims my case should be handled within a week, that was two to three weeks ago and I have not heard anything else about our case, she told me to call her a week later and to have everything wrapped up and In writing and yet no one ever answers when I call. Moreover the private cell number she gave me to keep in contact with her is no longer in service as you can also see, they have no email or answering machine to leave a message, time is running out quickly and before too long, my window of opportunity will be closed So."
