"The manager at the st.marys location has always been so helpful and attentive to the cleanliness of the gym. She does a great job! The gym has standard equipment that is in great condition. This gym is a little dark in lighting but it's not terrible honestly. Like any other gym, the amount of people vary so it depends on if you like an empty gym or people to socialize with. For someone who lifted on the Navy base for years, I'm satisfied with this gym."

"Stopped in here on two occasions while traveling from my Anytime Fitness gym at home. This is a very nice gym and CLEAN! Plenty of equipment (Precore). There are group classes, but only in the evening. The manager is constantly cleaning, vacuuming, emptying trash. It wasn't busy either time we were here. Clients are all very conscientious about cleaning the equipment when they are finished. Two clean bathrooms with a shower in each. Nice music playing overhead. I highly recommend this gym."
