"If Zero stars were possible. BEFORE RENTING.. Check with the city to see if the place you’re wanting has passed inspection before giving them anything! Went through with these people to get myself and kids a place to live only to find out the apartment I paid for didn’t pass inspection, it was a NUMBER of things they failed to fix before putting the property on the listing list. The biggest issue is I moved in to that apartment with a hole in the ceiling, every time it rained my bedroom floor would be soaked and they knew about it all! Moved in and out within 2 months , they lied about everything that had to be done, and refuses to compensate for anything. So now I’m back at square one and they don’t care. There’s a lot more that has happened as well! Please do your research and don’t fall victim like I did."

"If I had zero stars I would. The property I’m in is infested with bugs(roaches) and their response is because no one informed them they have a bug problem. It’s sad and sickening."

It’s a beautiful building with awesome tenants as well and if something is wrong they are quick to fix the issue. Hands down the best in my opinion! "I met with the lady first I believe his sister and she was a gem. She says we were the only ones looking to get the apartment we meet this Dennis guy and says he has sooooo many people asking about it. First red flag!!! He calls and says how can you afford my rent when you're on a payment plan with your current landlord and was very nasty. Second red flag. I was confused because we haven't been on a payment plan. I called my landlord and he says nobody talked to him. I call Dennis back asking if he made a mistake with applications he says no there's not even a number on your application...I promise I can't make this up. So who did he call or better yet why did you lie??? She needs to nix the brother and get a new partner!!!"

"I rented from them for 8yrs and for the 8 yrs I had the best experience. Denise was awesome and also the actual owner of the home was the best as well. Whenever I called they answered and sent some one over to fix any issues. They also worked with me a couple of times and that meant so much. You know the truly care and want to help when they can. If I didn't take a job out of state I would have never moved from my home there. Thank you State Realty for Being a Great and caring for your tenants and there families. My kids and I and our dog had the best experience with you all."
