"Lamentable. Reservation and payment made in January, we arrive today (July 4) and surprise the hotel has been closed for renovations since February!!!! We found ourselves without a hotel on a national holiday, forced to go outside of Downtown to find something else."
"The security guard sitting outside the front by the door is very rude. He assumed that since my boyfriend and I are younger (early 20s) that we weren’t supposed to be there. Called us liars and made us sit outside in the sun until we eventually left on our own. I called the front desk for service and it was below average at best and they could not or would not help us. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE. Spend the extra at the Hilton down the street."
