"Yeah, he's a piece of cr.p. He's delas with alot of programs within the community so that they don't realize he's a slum lord. I took videos and pictures of his hell hole of a house that was infested with everything but termites. If you go down to the office that deals with taking lead paint out of the homes that's pass downtown St.Louis. They are sick and tired of doing free work because he's a slum lord. They have sealed and repainted over the paint in almost every home on the Southside that this man owns. Taking from people who could actually use the help from these programs so that he can make profit. My complaint still stands with the BBB. I also sent them his email. He's part of the problem with the world. Good luck."

"The brokerage listed a small portfolio of homes (7 properties). They were marketed as renovated properties without much repairs needed. Asking price 490k at a 9 cap rate. After review, the properties were a 4.7 cap rate and in deplorable condition. I physically went into 4 properties. This is a list of just some issues: Foundation completely fell and the home should not be occupied, other properties had cracks in Foundation and multiple issues associated with it, kitchens falling apart, no flooring in many properties just concrete, leaking roofs, no insulation, bugs everywhere. Spoke to tenants and they are only there due to it being "cheap". I made an offer that reflected the properties in this horrible condition(more than they are worth truly). No communication to email or texts. Then I look and they were taken of the market the first day that the brokerage went to show me 2 homes. They still proceded to walk me through 2 properties the second day after they took them of the market already. Just stay away, save yourself some time."

"I wouldn't rent from this man never again nor recommend him to anyone. I rented from him and he is a slumlord that hides behind his involvement with the neighborhood including churches. I turned him in to the BBB because he would not and still has not gave me back my deposit of $800. The state has been in and out of the property I was renting due to my kids being poisoned by lead and they said that they've been to alot of his properties. Don't rent from this man. Unless you don't care about living in a hell hole and over pay for it."
