"dont RENT! worst property management company ever. so unprofessional doesn’t answer the phone . doesn't fulfill your maintenance orders . the building on winnebago so bug infested they never take the time to try to get an exterminator out or nothing. doesn’t keep the outside of the property clean & the maintenance workers dont do nothing but get high and mark everything completed when they aint did a DAMN thing. vernon is money hungry doesn't give you time to pay the rent & rich is very unprofessional .. their communication skills are WAY OFF ! they are rude as hell. want rent but dont fix or do anything to make tenants feel comfortable in their home!"

"I have rented an apartment from Mogul for two years now and anytime I need repairs or have questions, they give great and quick support. Mike and Rich are great to deal with and handle the maintenance very smoothly and professional. The contractor they use for HVAC is Dole Heating and Cooling and they take care of things quickly and let you know when they are coming and a time line they will have the work completed. Mark was a knowledgeable technician. Best Landlord I've ever had."

"Please avoid this management company at all costs! Mogul recently took over the property I've lived in for 4yrs now. They are unprofessional and rude to say the least. They never answer your calls. They never call you back. They don't even respond to emails unless you borderline harass them. Rich in particular likes to send very nasty texts to the tenants. I hate they took over this property because I really like where I live, but I refuse to be disrespected somewhere where I'm paying rent! This people are corporate bullies. Do your research and avoid any property they manage!"

"I’ve been renting from Mogul for about 4 years now and have had zero issues! The duplex I rent is spacious and has up to date style and appliances. I haven’t had to put in a ton of maintenance requests but when I have, they’ve been dealt with in a timely manner. They always communicate and give ample notice when they are coming to check something out or replace filters. I would recommend renting from them!"

"i started renting from mogul back in february, after moving from a long term residence that was owned by a private landlord. in my time at the old place, i had major issues with maintenance and upkeep that made it unbearable. in my 4 months here, i can say at this point at least, that this is my favorite space i’ve lived in. they’re easy to contact for any issues and will work with you if there’s something not up to your standard about the apartment. my viewing and applying process was also super simple and inexpensive for how some of these places charge. my apartment is cute, has a nice kitchen, they put brand new ac units in for me, and has all original wood. for a price that actually works with my income and doesn’t stretch it! all i can say at the end of the day is, i will be renewing my least come the end of my term. edit: i also have a pocket door. be jealous."
