"I gave them a rating of ONE because there wasn't anything lower available. The workers don't speak English so when you speak to them about the work they should be performing they smile and shake their heads with no idea of what you said. 1) They built a deck at the rear of my home and after numerous complaints it is still terrible. Why would you use wood with large knotholes and then fill them with some kind of wood putty ? There were edges so rough and sharp on the railings that you could slice your hand open if not careful. They used a nail gun and many of the boards were nailed off-center which split the wood. They used spindles that were badly warped. 2) They replaced step railing at the front entrance which almost fell off the very next day. They were supposed to sand and paint the existing railing but just painted over the old chipped and rusted paint. 3) They were supposed to grind down old patches and old repair work on the concrete front porch but just spread cement over the old patches and this is already cracking. 4) They installed a motion sensor light at the back door which is already loose. 5) They are unaware that they are supposed to clean up after themselves. I picked up OVER 100 NAILS AND SCREWS the first day and have found many more since then in both the front and back yards and in the street in front of my home. There is debris consisting of wood chips, paint chips, pieces of siding and electrical wires laying everywhere. I complained about this and a crew was sent out to clean up. What a joke that was! I found one worker using my grandson's soccer ball for a pillow taking a siesta in the shade on the side of the house. Needless to say we are still cleaning up their mess. I still haven't heard from anyone from the Company asking me if I was satisfied with the work so I wrote this review. Would I recommend 4U Property Management LLC ? LOL! Read the above!"
