"On Tuesday, September 05 at 9:15, in the Brentwood Square parking lot in front of Nordstrom’s rack, I saw a woman that had apparently fallen by her car and was struggling to get up to stand. A Pace property manager employee stopped to see if he could help her. I believe his name was Travis. He was calm, kind and attentive and saw she was in great distress. He went to his truck, called the ambulance services very quickly and stayed with this woman while the ambulance and fire department came to assist. What a marvelous guy. Thank you Pace for having such an outstanding employee!"
"Good luck trying to get a hold of any of these guys (mostly Evan and Patrick) they just don't answer their phone. I've never dealt with a company like this before in my life. I don't know how you represent some of these landlords and do not call any prospective tenants back. Just mind boggling. If I were the boss or if I as a landlord knew this what's the type of service I was paying for, I would fire them on the spot. Many many phone calls and many many text unanswered. WOW"
