"I've worked with Sara Blandino with her as my selling agent and as a buyers agent. As a seller agent she was able to overcome the objections of the buyer about many things on the property I was selling. Which was amazing. I had anticipated huge objections by the buyer but she was able to smooth things over tactfully in a professional manner. ... And I was doing a 1031 exchange and I needed to buy a replacement property with strict IRS deadlines. The property that I had a contract on as a buyer turned out to have title problems which put me in a time crunch to meet the IRS guidelines.
