"We recently used Dair to complete 3 different transactions, all within 2 weeks. We bought a new home, sold our family home, and our daughter bought her very first home. I would like to point out 3 very important and valuable items, some might think as small, that helped us complete each of these 3 transactions in a very short time. 1. Our daughter was buying on her own and had several houses and condos she was interested in. While all were nice in one way or another, we appreciated that Dair was looking out for her best interests and steering her away from several that were not good buys and/or not in an area that she should purchase. We felt that it wasn't just about the sale, but that he took a personal interest in her financial situation, safety and future value of the potential home. 2. Our purchase of a home was made less than 24 hours after the home went on the market. It was exactly what we were looking for but we weren't sure it would sell at the list price and an open house would potentially bring in higher bidders. We were going to make an offer on the home on a Saturday, but giving the owner time to open the house Sunday may end our hopes of buying the house. He called us on Friday night and suggested that if we were interested that the offer should be made on Friday with a deadline of Saturday night. The offer was accepted Saturday afternoon and we avoided potentially losing the house to another buyer. We felt this move was key to getting the home we wanted. 3.The sale of our home was key to financing the new home purchase. Dair pushed us gently into putting the house on the market a couple weeks sooner than we were planning and at a price that we maybe thought wouldn't fly. Dair kept in contact with a couple of the buyers that visited the home and appeared interested. We believe his contact helped the buyers to make a decision. We received close to list price.
