"I needed help with an electrical issue with an appliance and called this company. I was told that someone would come in the afternoon that day. The afternoon passes and so we called the company to see why no one showed up. The person we spoke to said they would be able to come first thing the next morning (0730). The next morning, no one showed up and when we called again, the excuse was that he had lots of services he has to do right now so he can’t get to us til the next day. We let him know that we will no longer need his service. I’m ok with a company saying they are too busy and won’t be able to do a job. What is not acceptable is wasting peoples time. If you’re thinking about going here, I would think twice. There are other electrical companies that will tell you up front if they are booked and won’t waste your time."
