"They have a wide selection workout equipment, tanning bed, indoor swimming pool and sauna. Clean restrooms with showers, blow dryers and lockers. Friendly, informative & helpful staff who greet u with a smile. Also, a juice & shake bar that hits the spot!"

"Unfortunately this is the only fitness in this town, we have to go there, as there is no other choice . The place is poorly kept , outdated equipment, poor cleaning practices in spite of several complaints , I have known several people that have got MRSA at this place. It is overpriced , which would be fair if the quality is good . Very unprofessional front staff."
"Nice gym. When you walk in you will be surprised at the size of this place. Gym is well maintained. Good amount of free weights and several machines. The cardio section is well equipped with stair steppers, tread mills, elliptical machines, recumbent bikes and stationary stand up bikes. Locker room is large and spacious with lots of lockers a few shower stalls and clean facilities. This gym has an indoor pool for customers to use it also has a sauna. The staff offers classes like spin class zumba class and other modern type things. There are also trainers on staff during business hours, if you would like or need to talk to one or have them help you out. The gym access is gained by a key card and you can train at any time that fits your specific needs. During business hours their is a juice bar at the front counter. At this gym you can schedule an appointment with a massage therapist but I am not aware of the hours of operation. The parking lot is spacious and offers lots of room for busy hours. This gym has an overall convenient location in the middle of town and is well managed I would recommend it to anyone."
