"Where can I begin, Smac is the best place to train in all surrounding counties Mr Jamey Perkins is a great coach/mentor the environment is awesome a great place to go to grow as a fighter and martial artist. Everyone that trains there is nice and welcoming, I've been training for the past 3 and a half to 4 years there, It will build confidence, and perseverance, Everyone there treats you like family, best place to go to get in shape lose weight and to learn self defense, He has everything you need there to become a complete fighter . You can even go and do competitions but the best is how it builds your character, honestly I have found myself going there feeling like this is were I belong. I'm thankful for everything I've been taught so I can protect my family as well as myself."
