"I just used them for the first time. Picked up 14 business shirts. I hung them in my suv and went straight home. They are a wrinkled horrible mess..It was a total waste of money because I will have to press them before they can be worn. I will not be returning!"

"I tried to support my people by doing business here instead of going to the cleaners that I always go to. I went in today and wasn’t greeted by the man at the register, but I ignored it and decided to still try to give them my business. After I gave him my information, he said I wouldn’t be able to get my two piece suit back until Wednesday. When I asked if I can get it sooner, he said “we’re closed just like everyone else”. So, at this point I’m irritated because I’m not understanding why he has an attitude when I’m trying to give him business. So after the smart response he gave me, I asked “is that a no?”, and again he said “we’re closed like everyone else”. So I left, called my normal cleaners, and they will have my suit clean by the end of the day or I can come on Tuesday. I have a black owned business and try my best to support other black business but time and time again, the service lacks. I wish I didn’t have to write this review but I need my people to WAKE UP and start giving customers the same level of service and courtesy as other profitable businesses!"

"The staff members are really very polite and friendly, so it is unfortunate that they run such a terrible cleaner. In the few months that I've used them, my shirt buttons have regularly come back chipped or broken. The final straw, however, was when I picked my clothes up last week. The *all* reeked of cigarette smoke! What kind of dry-cleaning business allows smoking in the shop?"
