"Tech was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable but I feel the pricing is very deceptive. After giving the year and model car I was told programming and cutting the emergency key to a fob I already had would start around $100. Twenty minutes of time with half that waiting for a computer to do the programming came to $329. No heads up or mention of the majorly significant price difference until services were performed. My fault too for not asking, but then I’m expecting something around $100. Find it hard to believe he didn't know what was at stake before showing up and conveniently withholding the price until done comes off as pretty shady. I’ll look elsewhere next time."

"Terrible. Craziest experience ever. Call the number and you get 4 or 5 different people calling you back and none of them ever heard of Eagle Lock Smith. This company should be removed from Google."

"I called and was quoted $100 for show up and $20 to rekey two locks. Tech showed up quick and then all said and done I got told the total was $280. I could have bought a new lock set for the entire house for that price. Will not use them again or recommend to anyone."

"Service was prompt but the pricing rubbed me the wrong way. I was locked out of my house in my pjs in 30 degree weather. I was told 15-20 minutes, timing was a little over 25 - I still think this was prompt service. When I called, I was told $150. After unlocking my door in under one minute, time to pay the bill and I was told $200. I said, “I was told $150.” To which he responded, “That was just the starting price.”."

"This guy is a clown . He wants to tell you a price on the phone and then when the door gets opened he tells you about his service charge of $40 extra . The total before the service fee was $120 . That's all I was told when asked how much it was . So his service fee is 1/3 of the original price . He tried to blame it on the address but when I text him the address he should have let it be known then . He does good work and showed up quickly . But trying to slide an extras $40 in at the last second rubbed me wrong."
