"Washed 1 basket of clothing here today (7/19/24). would not fix in "double" washer, had to use next size up which is $5. After washing, I split into 3 loads to dry in smaller dryers and started with $0.75 each. Ended up splitting off a 4th dryer after the 0.75 and added $0.50 into all 4. At this point, about half the clothes were dry, and I added another $0.50 to remaining two dryers. when all said and done, I called it quits with 3 towels still damp, overall time spent was 1.5 hours with a random guy yelling at himself aggressively and searching the place many times for something, and a total cost of $10.25 for a load that costs me less then $5 if I go to the 24 hour spot on west 3rd street. It's cleaner here, but I can clean the other one before I use things for that much money and time saved. I'll give this one a hard pass. Pic of basket was the ENTIRE amount I needed to wash. **update** in response to answer from business.. I understand what the website says. However I attempted to load it into the next size down first and unless I smashed it in too tight where it would not wash correctly, I had to use the one I did. And if the last 2 minutes is a cool down as you state, then I'm not getting what I pay for. I don't pay to have my clothing tumbled in cold air. I pay to DRY them and if you are shutting off the heat for a good portion of the first .25, it's costing customers more money. I can open the door to the machine if I want my clothing to cool down. I don't, I want them dry in a decent fashion."

"Clean, busy, next to food and ice cream shop that was consistently busy.. definitely a good place to get your laundry done on the weekend. Top notch machines and fair priced. Lots of big stores in area and smaller shops too."

"One of the dryers we attempted to use never heated up, leaving clothes soaking wet and us out $2. The owners replied immediately to my partner’s review stating the problem, but have yet to respond to my email informing them of the malfunction and/or issuing a refund. The signs in the building state that a refund/out of order slip MUST be filled out for a refund “to be considered”, but are only available to be printed from their website."

"The place is clean and has good washer dryer options. Needs more table for folding spaces and sitting areas. Heed warning tho on the credit card devices...this is the last time I will use those devices as my card was triple charged for some washes, again. And there is no one there to assist you and no way to know my card was charged until I looked at my card later."

"This place is declining by the week. I have been coming here weekly but never again. This is the second time I’ve had issues and no one around to assist. The first time I was putting money in the dryer but it was not adding time to my dryer and wouldn’t give me back my quarters. This time, I spent more than an hour and over $7 drying because the dryer wouldn’t get hot. I shouldn’t have to keep switching dryers until I find on that actually gets hot. There is no one on-site to assist with any issues. Don’t call because you’ll never get an answer. I would much rather find a facility that I won’t have issues with. Spending extra time and money is not ideal at all especially when I work six days a week. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Service y’all machines. Y’all make enough money to do so."
