Abbeville County FD - McGill Sub-Station 3

Welcome to Abbeville County FD - McGill Sub-Station 3, located at 2797 Lake Secession Road, Iva, South Carolina. We are proud to serve the local community with dedicated fire protection services. As part of the Abbeville County Fire Department, our sub-station plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of residents in the area.

Our team is led by Chief James Wilson, who oversees operations at Station 3, which also serves the Antreville and McGill areas. We work closely with other stations, including Station 11 Broadmouth – Turkey Creek VFD, led by Chief Timothy Jones, to provide comprehensive fire safety and emergency response services throughout the county.

Our headquarters, Station #20, opened in August 2003, and is equipped with our Maintenance and Training Divisions as well as the County’s aerial apparatus. This facility is the result of collaborative efforts to enhance and unify fire services across the county.
