Abb's Muscle & Fitness Gym 1775 Nathan Dean Bypass, Rockmart, GA 30153

"I was injured on the leg press here (metal sticking out of the broken safety stop cut my leg) last march. I have reported it to 3 employees and the owner has yet to fix it or call me. It is $40 a month plus $40 more for “maintenance fees” twice a year. There is no Wi-Fi, the water fountain is broken with a terrible smell, they lock the free weight room if it is unstaffed (it usually is), it’s not very clean and the equipment is not very good. I really just don’t want anyone else to get hurt here. They don’t seem to care about the guests safety or comfort here."

"Most unprofessional gym I’ve ever attended. Nothing is convenient for the customer. Never any cleaning rags available, however the staff will “suspend” your entrance if u don’t wipe a machine down, so make sure to bring ur own cleaning products. Although they advertise tanning, sauna, fitness room. The truths are.. the Suana is only at the Dallas location. The tanning booth is only one and apparently you can only use it for 10min, although it doesn’t have an automatic turn off so if u go longer then 10min.. u guessed it. Membership suspension. Make NO NOISE, and if you are MALE and NOT a Police Officer (which they seem to only cater too) u must keep ur eyes down and do not make contact with anyone or… yup, your membership will be suspended. Terrible unprofessional buisness. A true waste of time energy and money. No wonder mom and pop establishments are dying off when this is how customers are being treated. By the way, a camera directly above the tanning booth? Creepy indeed. I definitely would not recommend this for anyone.. especially a female ."

"New gym. It's very clean. Everything is sanitized. They have several treadmills as well as a slew of exercise equipment. It's also not very crowded, which is nice. Also, it is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week"

"This gym is a joke. I wish it would shut down again and open up under new ownership. The old white lady who works there is ALWAYS there getting in the way. Why would you choose to clean a gym at 5pm during its busiest time? She knocked on the door while I was using the bathroom and then proceeded to try to unlock it using the key before I shouted something. You would think common sense would dictate the bathroom was occupied if it was locked. She jumped on me right as I entered the door about my gf and cousin coming in with me when i didn't even have a chance to go over and fill out guest sheets and pay the fees. She berated me for leaving handles out when I wasn't even finished. I worked out here when it was under previous ownership and the environment was a lot more friendly and positive. Now, you feel like you're being watched like a hawk. Let's just say it's not for people who are serious about working out."

"This gym is awesome! Met two young ladies at this gym that have an amazing attitude! Mrs Markie and Mrs Abee. I highly recommend this gym if you need a day pass to a month. Worth it 100%"
