Our name, Fullsterkur, is of Icelandic origin, meaning "Full-Strength." It harks back to the tradition where fishermen earned their place on boats by lifting the heaviest stones. If you're seeking a state-of-the-art treadmill or a spin class, this might not be the place for you. But if you're looking for an environment filled with heavy metal weights and passionate intensity, welcome aboard.
We offer a 9-Step, 90-day coaching program designed to transform you from feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and burned out to operating at your best and enjoying life again. Our community is built on mutual support and encouragement, fighting back against the loneliness and anxiety prevalent in today's world. We're committed to fostering authentic relationships with each other and with God, exploring the nature of biblical masculinity and ultimate strength through reliance on Christ.

He really listens to what your goals are and is very knowledgeable in all things fitness! He also has helped quite a bit with figuring out causes of my aches and pains as well as putting together workouts to correct them!! Alabama is lucky to have such an awesome trainer/gym!!! "Caleb knows what he is doing! His approach works! I have tried countless programs with none giving any real results. We all expect to lose weight and gain muscle instantly and that’s something you come to learn will never happen and if it does it’s not healthy. You learn you will lose a few pounds a week while gaining muscle if you’re properly eating and working out. Small losses and gains over time. I was always disappointed in anything I had ever tried so you can say I was feeling the same way especially with my injuries but what would you know it. In a week or two I actually saw progress on the scale and felt better. I think the best part was how Caleb cared for my injuries and making sure I was stretched after workouts. His understanding in that area impressed me because I have let others know this before and NOONE has ever made sure to check on me. As well as modifications to help with my injuries.
