"Thus far terrible. Show with no notice, then no call no show for a schedule appointment. Sends me list of things to complete so they will hook up service. Then when they get here, they add additional things like leveling the gas meter. Why? Tells me to bond CSST pipe directly to pipe, not black pipe or fittings. That isn't recommended by manufacturer. Also said CSST can't be used outside. I found that in most sources is not true. I follow codes, show me manufacturer recommendation and codes I'll follow that."

"I just received a collection bill for sept 2016 that was pass due and in collections yesterday 4/29/2020. I called the collections agency showing them that I had moved much earlier than that along with my last check to alliant and also told them I went into their Burlington Iowa office to tell them I am leaving and to take the service out of my name. I was told they can charge me all the way up to when the tech goes to read the meter which was three months later and probably another tenant later. this is so wrong"
