"I got locked out of a rental car. Called them and talked with their dispatcher. She told me it'd be $75. I agreed and sent the rest of my family in another car while I waited. Then she calls me back 10 minutes later and tells me it's now $150. Then I was stuck without a ride. I appreciate that they were responsive and available, but changing the price was dirty. I ended up calling Bourek's and they took great care of me. He helped me find a solution for under $40 and was super friendly."

"Great people and reasonable prices. We needed to have a couple emergency keys cut for our vehicle’s key fobs. When we called, not only did they know exactly what we were talking about (after numerous other calls to other businesses we found this to be a bigger task than one would imagine), but they had the equipment to cut the sidewinder keys and were reasonably priced. When we got there, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and took care of cutting our keys. All of the keys work perfectly and we will definitely be back in the future.
