Didn't even let me explain that I had been trying for an hour and the landlord informed me I had to call a locksmith. *Edit* my friend called, and within one minute of talking on the phone said he'd be on his way, be about 15 minutes. Service was nice once he got here in person, however still leaving a single star since I had to have somebody else call and he chose to help them instead of me."
