"Just found out today that this company is NOT licensed in Iowa! STAY AWAY SHADY SHADY dealings with this brokerage company!!!! No return of my Ernest money according to signed contract agreement. I have been requesting the money back when I had several banks not willing to make the deal as the numbers did not add up. No further numbers were given to make the deal qualify. Only a strongly suggested bank personally known by the broker said it was a good deal and they could most likely work the deal....four... yes, FOUR other banks said no the business was over priced by 1million. So, this brokerage was pushing me to go with their banker to pay 1 million over the value of the business according to the records that were provided. So, I backed out using the due diligence period correctly and sending the letter of bank refusal to the agent. This was all in accordance with the contract to get my Ernest money back in full. Still no money. Todd now says I can use my Ernest money twords another deal but won't return my money as requested. I have contacted the attorney general and filing multiple complaints now. Please PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND TROUBLE AND STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. If you are or have used this company be hope the value is there and you had or have no problems. Like I have suggested stay clear though!!!"
