"Very pleased with Bank of America. I’ve seen some of the negative remarks and perhaps there’s been a change at this location. I found the Manager, Andrew, and the two bankers, Amy and Justin, who helped me open accounts, were very friendly, helpful, patient, kind and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using this location for your banking needs!"

"Outstanding customer service received. Andrew (the branch manager) greeted each customer waiting in line with a welcoming hand shake and a smile. This gesture also allowed him to vector customers to other locations within the bank if they were needing a service outside of the teller's scope, speeding up wait times for all. This was my first time visiting this location and as a result of service received will be back again. Thank you very much for the professional and speedy service."

"Do not bank here. Service in person is almost as slow as using the online foreign outsourced call line. As a business owner, the operation of bank of america is embarrassing, no bank with the name america in it should operate this poorly. Slow service, poor knowledge, everything is a hassle to do, even asking one question about a credit card can take up to 47min"

"At least 5 people working and only 1 can exchange foreign currency? I’ve been waiting on that person for 45 minutes. I think it’s time to switch banks. Closest BoA is half hour from my house anyway."

"Not enough tellers. Lines are too long and managers should be able to help when the lobby is full. It’s very frustrating waiting in line for a long time when managers are just standing there greeting customers and could help with moving the line."
