"I highly recommend Kurrus Pet services. They understand how much a pet means to everyone. They allow you to talk to them in a private room allowing you to greave while also explaining the processes clearly. They confirm your wishes and they treat our little buddies with respect. The process was quick and respectful."
"Had a great experience here for my mom’s funeral. We worked primarily with Shane, but all the staff were accommodating and friendly. Shane was helpful with suggestions and he is on the ball. He likes to get things done and make things happen right away. Also, he was very much available for any questions or business we needed addressed. Thanks for helping us at a difficult time."
"My pet recently passed and was heartbroken. I used their cremation services in the past for another pet and used it again for this one. They were so empathetic and the gentleman I worked with was so patient as I needed time with my pet before I let him go. Would recommend their pet cremation services to anyone."
"From the moment that I received the phone call that my oldest son passed away, I was in a daze. Just going through motions. I knew that the service would probably be large since he was young and had so many friends. When we walked through the door at Kurrus we were greeted with kindness and compassion. I can not even begin to express in words how wonderful these people are. They truly are amazing individuals with hearts that shine in your darkest of moments. I never felt alone. I never felt pressured. I never felt judgement by any staff members by any choice I made for my son. For example my son believed in reincarnation and I know that he would not have wanted a preacher or pastor overseeing the service. The staff were all completely understanding and showed my son, his friends and my entire family the utmost respect. I felt as though they were an extension of my family during this unimaginable time. I truly believed and still do to this day that if I called up there to speak with any one of the staff members about my son, Nate, that they would listen to my stories and still offer support. I wish that there was an award that could be given to this funeral home for its outstanding contribution to the community. People think it will never happen to them. Their family is not going to suffer a tragedy like this, but I am here to say it does happen. I’m here to say that if it happens to someone you love and you want them treated with dignity and respect that your loved one deserves then this is the place to help you, guide you through your darkest days."
